Darin Zaruba is an award-winning, disruptive, visionary entrepreneur, marketer, author, speaker, and business development executive. Darin has been described as a ‘renaissance’ businessman with a vast knowledge and in-depth personal experience in multiple businesses and industries.

Darin is a 20-year veteran in the modular / manufactured construction and land development industry with soup-to-nuts experience from construction, sales, financing, marketing and management. Darin shifted a part of his business focus in 2013 — ‘turning tiny’ in both philosophy and design of product and placement. Darin founded the internationally known ‘National Tiny House Jamboree’, which drew an estimated 40,000 attendees at the inaugural 2014 event, and ran for 5 years. This also launched a respected book of the movement, “Turning Tiny” which focuses on the changing philosophy of American housing.

To supplement this growing movement and industry shift in construction, Darin assisted in launching a flagship large-scale modular construction factory in 2018 that operates as private-label manufacturing partner for brand-name builders and developers. Its focus is currently on multi-family projects and single-family homes for master planned communities and developers. Darin also works with other specialty factories across the country to service client’s needs.
